At QualyAgent, we understand that quality documents contain sensitive business information. Data privacy is not an afterthought — it is built into how our service works.
When you submit a document through QualyAgent, it is sent to Anthropic's commercial API for processing. The AI analysis happens in real time. No document content is stored on QualyAgent servers at any point before, during or after processing.
QualyAgent uses Anthropic's commercial API. Under commercial API terms, Anthropic retains processing logs for a maximum of 7 days for technical and safety purposes. Your data is never used to train AI models. This is a contractual guarantee of Anthropic's commercial API, not a setting that can be accidentally changed.
Before submitting any document, we recommend replacing sensitive identifiers with generic placeholders. This includes product names, batch numbers, supplier names, site names and employee names.
This is standard practice in any third-party document review process and adds an extra layer of protection regardless of technical safeguards.
QualyAgent operates from Switzerland and serves clients globally, including Switzerland, the European Union and the United States. We are committed to compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable US data privacy frameworks including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
We do not sell, share or transfer your data to any third party beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
Team plan subscribers receive a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request. This document details exactly what data is processed, for how long, by whom and under what legal basis. It is available for review before signing any subscription agreement.
